This Privacy Policy explains how K2K Inc. (“K2K,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal information. It applies to this website, to our text messaging program, and to the field crews, tenants, vendors, and business contacts who interact with us.

Mobile information and text messaging

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

If you provide your mobile phone number and give consent to receive text messages from K2K Inc., we use that number only to send you the messages described in our SMS Terms & Conditions — job assignments, schedule changes, timesheet reminders, and related operational notices for work performed at K2K job sites.

The only parties that ever receive your mobile number are the telecommunications providers and messaging platform vendors we use to actually deliver those messages on our behalf. Those vendors are contractually restricted to delivering our messages and are prohibited from using your number for their own purposes. This is a service function, not a sale, disclosure, or transfer of your information for marketing.

You may stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us, or by contacting us using the details below. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment, of assignment to any job, or of any purchase.

Information we collect

Contact information you give us directly — name, mobile phone number, email address, mailing address, and the crew or role you work in.
Messaging consent records — the date, time, and method by which you opted in to text messages, which we are required to retain to demonstrate consent.
Work and operational records — job assignments, work sites, schedules, and hours submitted, for crew and field staff.
Website usage data — basic server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages requested, used to keep the site secure and functioning.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age.

How we use information

To send the text messages you have consented to receive.
To schedule, dispatch, and coordinate work at properties and businesses we hold.
To track hours worked and administer payment for that work.
To respond to your questions and requests.
To meet our legal, tax, insurance, and recordkeeping obligations.

We do not use your information for third-party advertising, and we do not sell personal information.

We never share personal information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes, and mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are excluded from any transfer described above for marketing use.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Messaging consent records are retained for the duration of your participation in the program and for a reasonable period afterward in order to document that consent was given and honored.
